This collection houses photographs identified as being taken by Eadweard Muybridge in NARA's Still Picture Branch.

The photographs identified as being taken by Edweard Muybridge include records of the US Coast Guard (photographs of light houses), 1785-2005; records of the War Department General and Special Staffs (stereographs of Modoc Indians, Army Camps and Lava Beds).
